| Description: | MR. EXPERT HRP 108 is based on sulphonated naphthalene formaldehyde . It contains viscosity modifying stabilizers. MR.EXPERT HRP 108 is high range water reducing cement/concrete admixture. Uses: To be used as high range water reducing admixture for any type of concrete, cement. Applications are unlimited as concrete has unlimited applications. Salient features: MR.EXPERT HRP 108 offers much higher performance. MR.EXPERT HRP 108 is used to give very high levels of workability or water reduction from 30 % to over 35%. It is used extensively where requires high workability. Also used in precast and on site where large water reduction requires very high early strength. MR.EXPERT HRP 108 lowers water demand and increases slump without slump loss. MR.EXPERT HRP 108 keeps low water cement ration and still provides high degree of workability which is required for easy placement and consolidation of concrete. MR. EXPERT HRP 108 meets all requirements of ASTM C 494 type F (High range water reducing admixtures) Benefits: Offers high strength concrete with normal workability but lower water content Provides a concrete mix with less cement but high strength and workability Provides a good slump retention No retardant at normal dosage Reduces water up to 30 to 35% With the use of MR. EXPERT HRP 108 it is possible to achieve a slump in excess of 200 mm from an initial slump of 50 mm. Concrete begins to flow easily and becomes self leveling.
